Our desire is to create safe and joyful Group Coaching Teams where you can explore and discover with confidence. These agreements demonstrate the culture you can expect to experience and what is expected of you in return.

We want you to know that you are entering a professional coaching environment, as well as a kind and gracious spiritual one.

Coaching Agreement Form

Please read carefully and respond to each statement below.

I have read the “We Believe” statements of Grace Spaces and support with the basic truths listed.

I understand that Grace Spaces coaching is for people who are basically well-adjusted, emotionally healthy and functioning fairly effectively, wanting to mature spiritually and grow relationally.

I understand that Grace Spaces coaching is not therapy, counseling, mental health care or treatment for substance abuse or addictive behavior.

I understand that the Grace Spaces coach is not functioning as a licensed mental health professional, therapist or counselor and coaching is not intended as a replacement for therapy, treatment for mental illness, recovery from past abuse, professional medical, legal or financial counsel.

I understand that no recording of any kind on any device of mine is allowed.

I understand that Grace Spaces may record our sessions for the coach’s personal records and for future reference if questions arise. I agree to these recordings being made under the conditions that they will never be shared beyond these purposes unless confidentiality violates the law.

I am committed to showing up 5-10 minutes early online and will be ready to go when the session begins, arriving prepared and staying throughout the session.

I will make every effort to attend each session. If I need to miss a session, I will notify Grace Spaces asap. (See Group Coaching Guide for your options regarding a missed session.)

I am committed to being an active member, as well as respecting my teammate’s opportunities to share equally during live sessions.

I understand that all forms of communication within the Grace Spaces community are to be directly related to Grace Spaces content. I understand that political discussions, promotion of my own or another’s business/ministry or solicitation of services are not appropriate in Group Coaching Sessions, nor as posts on Grace Spaces social media.

I give permission to share my email within my Group Coaching Team.
